We are witnessing the compounding effects of inaction. From space, the Earth looks beautiful and fragile—ESA’s satellite images and NASA’s climate visualizations don’t lie. The atmosphere is just a thin layer, easily overwhelmed by decades of industrial emissions.

But there is still time—just enough time—to change course.

However, it needs to happen now! and fast! and solutions need to be scalable beyond any technology adaptation humanity has seen to date!

Why Now?

We are at a turning point. Scientists agree that to stay under 1.5°C of warming, we must not only reduce emissions—we must remove up to 10 billion tons of CO₂ from the air every year by 2050. That means scaling up solutions such as Direct Air Capture (DAC), starting today.

Carbon removal is no longer optional—itis an imperative – for everyone!

But right now, less than 0.3% of the required carbon removal infrastructure exists.

Reflecting on 15 years of advisory in the international startup community, especially in the environmental, cleantech and social impact sector, the challenge is never the solution or the innovation, it is the lack of business acumen, skills and experience standing in the way of scaling businesses, professionally, dynamically and profitably – and on this occasion failure is not an option because it is a matter of survival! 

This is why we started Carbon Capture for Everyone—because we believe that climate solutions shouldn’t be reserved for governments and multinationals. We all breathe the same air. We all should be part of the solution.
